1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the kj168 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue use of the platform. kj168 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. kj168 will never ask for your password through any channel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to our support team.
Kj168 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a national ID, bank statement, or other relevant documentation. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal purpose, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. kj168 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
3. Payment, Deposit, and Withdrawal Information
All transactions on the kj168 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including online banking through FPX and approved e-wallets.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits will be displayed during the transaction process. kj168 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the user's account — transfers to third parties are not permitted.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method and internal verification process. kj168 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
Kj168 reserves the right to withhold or cancel payments if there is evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or violations of our terms. Any funds obtained through unauthorised means or prohibited activities may be forfeited.

In the event of a system outage, all affected bets may be voided or settled at our discretion. kj168's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the balance of funds held in the user's account at the time of the incident.
5. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Kj168 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or any other reason deemed necessary, without obligation to provide further explanation.
In cases where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process. However, if an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach, kj168 reserves the right to withhold the funds and pursue appropriate legal action.
Users who close their own account may request to reactivate it by contacting our support team. However, any unused bonus balance will expire immediately upon account closure.
6. Intellectual Property and Platform Content
All content on the kj168 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of kj168 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of this content without prior written permission from kj168.
Use of the kj168 name or logo for third-party marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of intellectual property rights will be subject to appropriate legal action.
7. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
